Hello, my name is Ethan Paul, and I have owned Go To Meals since April of 2025. I have always had a passion for meal prepping and eating healthy, and even before becoming the owner, I often relied on Go To Meals to help me stay on track!

While finishing my last year at St. Bonaventure University, Go To Meals went on the market. At the time, I was 21 years old, finishing my senior year and planning to move to Florida with my wife after graduation. Clearly, those plans changed!

At the time, I was taking an entrepreneurship course with Tom Cullen and Todd Palmer. The main goal of the class was to pitch business ideas that we would actually want to create. Tom noticed that I was always pitching health-oriented ideas, so one day he asked me if I would ever be interested in purchasing Go To Meals.

My response was something along the lines of, “Tom, I’m 21 years old and haven’t even graduated yet—are you crazy?”

Well, he may have been a little crazy, but we stayed after class that night talking until about midnight. The very next morning, I was on the phone with the previous owner, and the rest is history!

With the help and incredible support of the Olean community, I was able to make this opportunity a reality. Shortly after taking ownership, I began focusing on growing and expanding the business, which eventually led us to open our location in Depew.

Looking back, it’s crazy to think how much can change in such a short amount of time. What started as a conversation after class has turned into an opportunity to pursue something I’m truly passionate about while continuing to grow Go To Meals and serve the communities that have supported us along the way. I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has been part of this journey, and I’m excited to see what the future holds for Go To Meals!
